设备配置选型  Device configuration

 

1. 快速油缸：速度和压力集合气动和普通油缸的优点，速度快压力足，压力可调，常用出力20-60T可选。一次行程可设定快速转换慢速即两段速。推荐中大型家电面板控制板产品使用。

2. 普通油缸：压力和速度满足IMD/IML工艺拉伸高之技术需求。压力可调。常用出力5-20T可选。适用产品侧边包边拉伸产品及中小型家电面控制板产品。

3. 高级配置：触屏操作配合PLC控制系统，电机驱动加热板。成型保压时间、加热时间、加热温度数字化触屏调整并可以编号记录，作为技术参数长期保存，输入编号即可调出生产参数，便于生产管理。

4. 标准配置：按钮操作，功能直观。和同等规格设备相比性价比高。
