特点  Feature

1. 该系列液压机床以1-14MPA的液体压力为动力源，外接三相AC380V 50HZ或三相AC220 60HZ交流电源，总耗电功率不超过3.7KW（也可依客户需求使用单相AC220民用电源）;

2. 采用四柱三板式结构，活动板的垂直精度由四个精密导套控制，下工作面与上工作面任意点的平行精度达到0.08MM以下；

3. 采用可调式定位油缸，下死点定位精度高，重复精度达到0.01MM以下，100%保证裁切深度；

4. 标准机裁切面积为520MM*350MM（相当于21英寸液晶显示屏），也可根据客户要求订做；

5. 压力、裁切行程、下压时间、闭合高度客户均可自行调整，方便操作；

6. 该系列液压机械出力范围有3TF、5TF、10TF、50TF可选（1TF=1000KGF=9.8KN），也可依客户要求定做；

2. Precise four-column three-platen frame, the grad of parallelism between the Active platen and the work platform could reach up to more than 0.08mm under the control mode that the three platen are controlled by the four precise guide sleeves;

3. See the adjustable cylinder stroke and the cylinder fixed positioning point, they bring a grad of repeat precision of better than 0.01mm, entirely make sure the cutting precision;

4. Standard area to cut: 520mm*350mm(Very close to the size of a 21inch LCD display), customized available;

5. Pressing force, stroke of cutting, die height could be adjusted manually;
